Chantek has been practicing mindfulness meditation, movement and contemplative traditions for more than forty years. Her background in Mindfulness training is both with the MBCT and MBSR. Chantek is a part of the associate teaching team at the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice, Bangor University. What she values most and strives towards,both as a group facilitator, teacher and supervisor are the qualities of listening, warmth, depth,humour, kindness and clear reflection.

Cati has worked as a personal cook in some of the most prestigious residences in Mallorca. She beleives in letting the ingridients speak for themselves, sourcing the best & freshest local produce available. Cati is passionate about Chi Kung and Tai Chi and has a deep love for home-cooked food.

Vadim studied for his BSc in Psychology at UCL and completed a Psychotherapy Foundation course at Regents College. He is currently working on a farm in Mallorca as well with several holiday companies. He is one of our retreat co-ordinators but mostly, you will find him working in the kitchen.

Eleonora Lanzillotta - Iyengar & Ashtanga Yoga Teacher

Eli’s dedication to yoga started in the theater. At seventeen years old she trained with a theater group in Havana, Cuba that specialized in movement, voice and body work. Every morning was dedicated to yoga practice, acrobatic exercise and chi gong as body preparation for theater work.
